The UK lottery, through an entry placed by the WWITC for my
randomly selected Email address. Is this a “Real Deal”
(legitimate) or is it leading to a scam operation?

They sent to me application form to complete and scan with my account number, signature, my bank address and passport scan. I sent all that now they ask me to send money. I want to be sure, if it is correct. I don’t know if that is really (The national Lottery) or not, and if I will get prize or not. Thank you.

Manchester,United Kingdom, indicating that my email address was attached to a winning lottery ticket number. I am a winner of $500,000GBP, in the 2nd category. To redeem my prize, I must email some personal info to their West African booklet representative office in Africa, at email address rowland_collins@yahoo.com. This email contains the “Yahoo News” and other Yahoo logos. After research, I cannot locate any info on this organization affiliated with Yahoo. This is legitimate or a scam? If this is legitimate, why is there no USA contact info for USA residents to claim, since we have to specific IRS requirements that must be followed?
