its the oldest trick in the book!!! very simple all it is is a duplicate image mask over where the balls are someone then comes in switches balls and the also but a fake shake on the camera from the still shot zoomed in and motion shaked all very easy to do especially for the bbc!!! this is defo how it is done if it wall real would not have had balls to left of screen hope that clears it all up ;)

I love the ‘BBC has the legal right to announce the lottery numbers first’ rubbish. Given that the numbers weren’t a complete set or the confirmed results he could have announed his prediction. Clearly the balls didn’t have those numbers on before the result was announced…haven’t said that I haven’t seen the explanation of how he did it.

Derren’s explanation just goes to show how this “lying”, “cheating”, “faggot” is much more intelligent than the know-it-alls on here.

Unlucky guys.

Agree’d.

The way he shown on that show on Friday could of just been another technique to mislead us. Its Derren Brown after all :P

Ugh, Darren Brown doesn’t discribe himself as a psychic. He tells everyone he mis-leads them.

Your all Faggots,
He Couldn’t use digital trickery or whatever shit ur complaining about,
the camera was moving the whole time!

rossihunterio on 20 October, 2011 at 8:39 am #

Judith

its all rubbish! its a split screen between the balls and the tv. its then paused when the lottery balls come out! then the correct balls are put down! look at the end ball on the left its higher at the end!!!!!

MrRippy99 on 22 October, 2011 at 2:35 am #

Dan

Well that’s what he said… but probability can’t win you the lottery like that. It seems he invented an explanation.

reayadam on 23 October, 2011 at 9:51 pm #

Darlene

i think he showed on his show that it was all probability

Clue 1: my show on Wednesday night was sandwiched between two long programmes where I perform in front of a live audience. This is power of suggestion over a TV audience. Clue 2: The camera in the distance is too far away to really make out the handheld camera. Clue 3: On my Friday night “reveal all” show the guy who calculated the 4 winning numbers was hand-picked by me. Clue 4: I calculated the winning numbers personally and none of the volunteers saw my prediction before the draw.

Also, faggots who don’t know magic submit negative feedback.

Alright anybody who actually KNOWS magic know about Hudini’s vanishing trick.

If you don’t just shut the fuck up kid.

Also, as much speculation believed, Derren Brown is a faggot and used digital trickery.

First 4 shots from the lottery numbers ‘Event’ were pre-recorded. Once the show cut back from the 2nd studio wide, the cam was tripod mounted. The irritating camera movements were trying to mimic that of a handheld shot (there was no tripod in the wide) They used motion scoping to matte over the predicted balls in order for an assistant to place the correct stickers onto them as the numbers were revealed live. Once out of shot the matte was removed & Derren walked over & revealed the balls.

Andre

He lied, he did not predict anything – prediction is revealing something BEFORE the event occurs, Brown revealed his numbers AFTER the lottery event.

see i dont understand it why the fuck wouldnt he have doen the lottery if it was real

Lmao, I can’t believe some people think he actually predicted the numbers.

It’s obviously a magic trick, probably involving a split screen.
