I received an email from Dr. Carl Moore,
Online coordinator for Yahoo! LOTTERY
Sweepstakes International Program, located at # 13 Beach Pkw,Princess Dolly Carlin Towers
Manchester,United Kingdom, indicating that my email address was attached to a winning lottery ticket number. I am a winner of $500,000GBP, in the 2nd category. To redeem my prize, I must email some personal info to their West African booklet representative office in Africa, at email address rowland_collins@yahoo.com. This email contains the “Yahoo News” and other Yahoo logos. After research, I cannot locate any info on this organization affiliated with Yahoo. This is legitimate or a scam? If this is legitimate, why is there no USA contact info for USA residents to claim, since we have to specific IRS requirements that must be followed?
