English pop superstar Pixie Lott’s no stranger to success. The Essex girl broke onto the music industry with her fantastic single “Mama Do”, storming charts all around the world and hitting #1 in her home country. She didn’t settle for second best as well with her second single “Boys And Girls” which hit #1 in the UK as well. To prove Pixie was not just a pretty girl, she unleashed her vocals on “Cry Me Out”, the ballad that proved Lott could pull off a slow number just as well as other musicians her age. She went for a more synth/R&B sound with “Gravity”, her fourth single that hit #20 in the UK. She wrapped single releases from “Turn It Up”, her debut album, with the title track which saw Lott return to her more poppy, upbeat stuff and it hit #11, marking Lott’s fifth consecutive UK Top 20. With the success of parent album “Turn It Up” which eventually peaked at #6 in the UK, Lott and her record label have decided to re-release the album in the form of “Turn It Up Louder” which ten more new tracks. The release of “Turn It Up Louder” was preceded by the heartwrenching ballad “Broken Arrow”. The second single off the set is supposedly “Coming Home”, which features a collaboration with American R&B/Hip Hop chart-topping sensation Jason DeRulo. Lott also has plans to crack the United States, making her movie debut on Fred: The Movie which was a success on cable television. Lott has also introduced the US to her second UK #1, “Boys And Girls”, hoping to have some success
