On a recent visit to the Republic of Ireland I saw the Irish National Lottery draws on TV. On the UK Natonal Lottery draws we get three or four people standing beside the draw machine, some motormouth backstage going yap yap yap, and it drags on for about 10 minutes. But on the Irish National Lottery draws there is only one person standing beside the draw machine, that person is the only one who speaks, and its all over in a very short time. Seeing the Irish National Lottery draws has made me realise how moronic the UK National Lottery draws are conducted. The draw in this video is the Irish National Lottery Monday Million draw. In this game players choose six numbers out of 39, or could have their numbers randomly selected by the ticket machine, and pay €1 per selection. In the draw six numbers and a bonus number are drawn and here’s what players can win.
